Own the DEWALT FAB Web software product lifecycle, from gathering customer and stakeholder requirements through roadmap prioritization, user story creation, backlog management, release planning, and launch coordination. The role requires building relationships with Lowe’s buying and supply chain teams, partnering cross-functionally, driving sales performance, and managing growth agreements.

Supports the development, editing, maintenance, review, and validation of product manuals, instruction sheets, and technical documentation for hand and power tools. Collaborates with engineering, product design, regulatory, marketing, quality, and manufacturing teams to translate technical information into clear content. Assists with documentation process improvements, templates, organization, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and brand guidelines.

Manage the full Amazon sales cycle for assigned markets: list products, build activation plans, optimize conversion, traffic and ASP using Amazon native tools, coordinate with agencies and Amazon KAMs, defend brand via Brand Registry, and report weekly on POS performance.

Develop and manage DEWALT Academy France training programs for young professionals and technical schools. Create practical, digital, and video training materials; build relationships with vocational schools; advise on evolving regulations related to dust, noise, and vibration; support training delivery and equipment distribution; and measure activities and ROI. The role requires a qualified tradesperson, training experience, nationwide mobility, and frequent overnight travel.
