Provide hands-on quality engineering and continuous improvement for shotshell product line: conduct capability studies, DOE, SPC and MSA; lead Six Sigma projects; support ISO9000 and supplier quality; specify and install inspection equipment; support capital projects and quality information systems; provide data analysis and training to plant teams.

Responsibilities include posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, tracking candidate flow, managing Workday communications, maintaining recruiting records, supporting pre-employment requirements, and assisting with hiring events and outreach.
