Leads design verification testing for liquid-cooling products used in AI datacenters. Develops test plans, executes performance and reliability testing, supports factory witness testing, analyzes thermal and fluid data, validates analytical models, documents results, and resolves failures through root-cause methods such as 8D and FMEA. Collaborates with mechanical, electrical, controls, manufacturing, quality, and process engineering teams throughout prototype, design validation, and product qualification phases.

Leads supplier quality improvement by identifying field issues, coordinating corrective actions, evaluating effectiveness, auditing supplier quality systems, approving PPAP documentation, and developing 8D reports. Supports new product development quality activities, risk management, customer and supplier issue investigations, and warranty administration. Creates warranty analytics and performance reporting using Excel, SQL, and Power BI, presenting quality updates to business leadership and cross-functional teams.

Design and develop low-voltage electrical enclosures, wiring harnesses, schematics and panel layouts. Apply NEC/CSA/UL/IEEE standards, perform engineering calculations, support validation, manufacturability, testing, PLM documentation, and cross-functional product releases in a manufacturing environment.

Supports supplier quality improvement by analyzing issues and warranty data, leading corrective actions, reviewing PPAP documentation, auditing suppliers, and developing 8D reports. Collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, and suppliers to resolve quality issues, support new product development, manage risk plans, and report quality performance. Uses Excel, SQL, and Power BI for analytics and reporting.

Lead and coordinate the Pune Mechanical COE team; identify, plan, and track projects; act as SME for mechanical CAD/MCAD tools and processes; liaise with LOB leaders and SMEs; and report project status using KPIs and SLAs.

Supports instructional designers and sales trainers in developing instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, video, job aid, and assessment content. Creates and updates training materials, supports product launch and sales enablement programs, collaborates with subject matter experts, incorporates feedback, maintains project documentation, publishes content to Docebo, and assists with course version control. The intern gains experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, and the ADDIE methodology.

Develop and optimize Power BI and AWS QuickSight dashboards, datasets, and Streamlit applications. Build data models, write complex SQL, integrate enterprise data sources, and improve analytics performance. Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into reporting solutions, provide self-service guidance, maintain governance and security standards, and resolve data issues. Support the transition toward AI-augmented analytics through automation, predictive insights, generative AI, and natural-language querying.

Manage key customer and partner accounts across Austria, drive sales growth and profitability, build sales pipelines, develop strategic project plans, lead commercial negotiations, and present solutions to senior stakeholders. The role requires data center industry knowledge, familiarity with cooling, UPS, AC power, switchgear, or battery systems, strong sales and relationship-management experience, and fluency in German and English. Occasional international travel may be required.
