Lead end-to-end execution for assigned cold plate customer accounts from design handoff through production, delivery, deployment, and acceptance. Translate customer schedules into internal plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive rapid design iterations, manage risks and escalations, and ensure on-time milestones and high customer satisfaction.

Escalate issues and conduct customer satisfaction surveys upon completion.

Design power distribution for data center chiller (chilled water) units: select low-voltage distribution components and cables, apply distribution system design principles, ensure compliance with UL/IEC (US/EU) standards, and support export/outbound product design when required.
