Provide in-person and virtual financial planning and product advice to participants and beneficiaries, facilitate transactions, educate on retirement and investment options, develop client and institutional relationships, and coordinate with internal partners. Obtain required licenses and maintain regulatory registrations.

Define and implement experience-focused product solutions across client journeys. Gather and prioritize requirements, maintain the product backlog, analyze KPIs, map customer needs, design and deliver roadmap solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally. Leverage internal AI resources (LLMs, prompt engineering, generative/agentic AI) to accelerate work and improve client experiences.

Advise and manage an assigned book of clients on complex gift and estate planning. Develop client engagement plans, create educational content, lead internal teams to deliver high-quality charitable gift consulting, and resolve client issues. Support events, communications, and program management for nonprofit development stakeholders.

Design and own Snowflake end-to-end data architecture and reusable data products for sales and marketing distribution. Build dimensional, data vault, and semantic models; enforce governance, security, and SLAs; collaborate with stakeholders and data engineering on ingestion, dbt pipelines, orchestration, and CI/CD; optimize Snowflake performance and cost; mentor data teams and ensure downstream consumers (Salesforce, Sitecore, Tableau) are served reliably.

Lead coverage and strategic relationships with institutional investment consultants to grow and retain AUM by positioning Nuveen's investment capabilities. Drive buy ratings and mandates, respond to RFPs and data requests, analyze consultant research, coordinate onboarding with legal/compliance/operations, prepare reporting, support product launches and global distribution, and maintain CRM activity logs.
