The Digital Marketing Product Manager enhances marketing technology and consumer engagement for PulteGroup, optimizing platforms and reporting metrics to improve digital experiences and support business growth.

Provide administrative support for sales activities including filing, scheduling, coordinating sales meetings, assisting with buyer interviews and model presentations, resolving buyer inquiries, coordinating closings with lenders, and supporting sales associates while learning local market and regulatory knowledge.

Support sales closings by entering and verifying contracts, options, and change orders; coordinate with buyers, title companies, construction and sales to schedule closings, resolve issues, maintain files and problem logs, and meet closing/key appointment targets.

Lead and supervise division accounting functions to ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls. Prepare and review monthly financial reports, forecasts, and budget vs. actual analyses. Coordinate internal and external audits and facilitate workflow between National Shared Services and division operations. Provide coaching, staffing oversight, and development for accounting personnel.

The Division Product Manager oversees architectural plans for communities, ensures alignment with division needs, manages outsourced drafting, guides product selection, and evaluates project performance while maintaining quality control processes.

Provide pre-contract financial guidance and preapprovals to homebuyers, train and partner with Pulte sales consultants and mortgage operations, manage loan backlog and pipeline visibility, support customer service and branch performance, and travel daily to local Pulte communities.

The Sales Consultant is responsible for completing training, assisting with homebuyer interviews, acquiring local market knowledge, and supporting sales efforts.

Manage and respond to online leads via email, phone, and text; qualify prospects, set appointments for onsite sales counselors, maintain realtor relationships, update CRM and internal OSSCR, and track/report lead-to-sale metrics.

Manage mailroom, copy rooms, package room, and office equipment. Inventory, order, receive, and distribute office supplies. Code invoices for office support and utilities, track copier/fax lease and maintenance agreements, and perform other administrative support duties as needed.

Lead sales strategy and operations for a homebuilding area, manage sales pipeline and contracts, oversee staffing, coaching, and performance of sales consultants, and collaborate on forecasts and backlog/loan tracking.
