Lead pre-sales technical engagements for Proofpoint's human- and agent-centric security solutions across collaboration, data protection, awareness, and governance. Work with Eastern Europe sales to design demos, proposals, POCs, integrations, and customer briefings; present at events; and relay product feedback to product and engineering teams to drive adoption and technical wins.

Lead technical pre-sales activities for Proofpoint’s cybersecurity solutions. Partner with enterprise sales teams, advise customers, deliver demonstrations and presentations, conduct technical discovery, and manage proof-of-concept and production evaluations. Design complex security solutions covering email security, threat detection, cloud security, and data loss prevention. Provide customer insights to internal product and engineering teams, with occasional support for deployments, training, seminars, and trade shows.

Provide enterprise-level technical support for email archiving software through phone and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot complex software, distributed systems, Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, Exchange, SMTP, configurations, and integrations. Manage cases within SLA requirements, lead customer troubleshooting sessions, coordinate escalations, reproduce issues in test environments, and collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and engineering teams. The role requires four days per week in-office, shift work, and occasional weekend or holiday support.

Drive revenue growth through Managed Service Provider partners and distributors by prospecting, onboarding, developing business plans, delivering training, managing relationships, forecasting sales, and achieving targets. The role collaborates with Sales and Marketing, represents Proofpoint at industry events, and serves as a trusted partner contact across the assigned geographic territory.

Lead and scale Proofpoint's Americas partner ecosystem, driving channel strategy, revenue growth, executive partner relationships, cross-functional alignment, and organizational talent development and operational rigor.

Serve as the customer-facing technical lead for strategic accounts: provide proactive technical guidance, manage escalations and incident response, oversee integrations and configurations, deliver executive presentations, drive account retention and upgrades, lead process improvements, and mentor peers. Works independently and coordinates across Support, Operations, and Engineering.

Leads product vision, strategy, roadmap, and organizational excellence for a major enterprise security platform portfolio. Builds and mentors Product Management teams, partners with Engineering and cross-functional leaders, engages customers and market stakeholders, and translates customer, competitive, and business insights into investment decisions. Establishes product metrics, drives executive alignment, oversees portfolio planning, and identifies technology partnerships that accelerate customer value and growth.

Lead the design and evolution of enterprise-scale distributed systems, architect high-throughput data pipelines, and enforce architecture governance.

Perform revenue accounting for SaaS and software arrangements under ASC 606, including deal reviews, revenue analyses, journal entries, reconciliations, monthly close activities, audits, and SOX 404 controls. Support revenue-cycle process improvements, ERP enhancements, and ad hoc initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.

Sell the full Proofpoint cybersecurity platform into large enterprise (Fortune/FTSE-scale) accounts. Build executive relationships, drive new business and expansion, manage pipeline and forecasts, coordinate product demos and PoVs with Sales Engineering, and work with partners to maximize deal size and deliver business value.
