Serve as a senior Deals Desk business partner for EMEA Sales: review and structure complex quotes, ensure pricing and contractual compliance, manage approval workflows, analyze deal data, resolve booking/revenue issues, coordinate cross-functionally, and drive process improvements to accelerate accurate quote-to-booking operations.

Serve as a senior advisor to enterprise C-suite clients, leading executive discovery, scoping data-security and threat programs, defining multi-year cyber roadmaps, influencing cross-functional product and services strategy, and representing Proofpoint in industry thought leadership and client engagements.

Provide technical sales engineering support for commercial accounts in Italy: design and champion email- and people-centric security solutions, run demos, proofs-of-concept and threat assessments, collaborate with account managers and channel partners, assist in deployments/training, and feed product and marketing teams with customer insights. Occasional travel required.

Lead global presales engineering escalation, AI-driven workflow transformation, and field enablement. Build governance, intake systems, knowledge capture, and cross-functional advocacy to scale technical expertise, resolve complex escalations, and improve presales outcomes and access governance.

Manage up to 35 mid-market named accounts in Illinois, sell the full Proofpoint platform via direct and channel partners, prospect and close new business, upsell/cross-sell, execute account plans, maintain forecast accuracy and SFDC hygiene, perform executive-level selling and technical presentations, and coordinate internal/external resources to deliver multi-product, multi-year proposals.

Manage and grow a product support engineering team delivering enterprise customer support for cybersecurity products. Own case queue health, escalations, hiring, coaching, metrics, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve customer issues.
