Manage a sales team focused on new group health care and ancillary sales via brokers. Set and drive sales goals, educate and build broker relationships, collaborate across the company, analyze and present sales reports, and travel as needed.

Design and document technical solutions and enhancements, translate business requirements into system specs, ensure integrity and availability of databases for CICS applications, manage integrations, monitor performance, and support CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.

Lead enterprise resiliency strategy, governance, and crisis management. Oversee business impact analyses, contingency planning, M&A continuity, training, and technology solutions for disruptions. Coordinate with executive leadership, manage teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory and risk requirements.

Lead product strategy and management for assigned insurance products across their lifecycle. Drive market analysis, product innovation, cross-functional implementation, budget oversight, vendor coordination, and enterprise alignment to meet sales and retention goals. Mentor staff and collaborate with senior leaders to operationalize product initiatives.

This role involves developing complex actuarial models, conducting analyses and presenting findings for pricing, underwriting and forecasting.

Provide on-site or territorial account support to retain and grow membership, deliver services and trainings, resolve issues, execute service strategies, maintain databases, develop/analyze reports, and travel approximately 50% within the assigned territory.
