This role manages the implementation and analysis of actuarial models for pricing and underwriting, develops complex models, and prepares presentations. Requires experience in actuarial functions within health insurance and communication skills for training and documentation.

Manage and supervise healthcare and internal fraud investigations (IL Medicaid focus), train investigators and support staff, coordinate with law enforcement and internal departments, maintain evidence integrity, produce reports, and ensure compliance with fraud reporting and HIPAA.

Lead large, complex projects or programs (Individual & Family Market or Medicaid) end-to-end: manage scope, budget, schedule, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, and delivery using SDLC and HCSC delivery models (OWF, Scrum, XP). The Sales Executive II role involves closing sales on group health insurance products through direct sales or brokers, achieving sales targets, and requires travel.

Sell and renew products and services to existing customers, negotiate renewals, understand customer needs, provide support, analyze reports, build strong customer relationships, and travel as required (including overnight).
