Manage a sales team focused on new group health care and ancillary sales via brokers. Set and drive sales goals, educate and build broker relationships, collaborate across the company, analyze and present sales reports, and travel as needed.

Sell group health insurance products (directly or via brokers) to meet sales targets. Develop and maintain client and broker relationships, present products, negotiate and close larger group accounts, and travel regionally as needed.

Provide strategic legal support related to HCSC's provider network and internal business teams, addressing regulatory and operational matters while managing legal risks and litigation.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior, technical, and hard-to-fill roles. Develop strategic sourcing, build diverse pipelines, advise hiring managers, ensure compliance, improve recruiting practices, and support employer branding and candidate experience.

Perform pricing, reserving, forecasting, and actuarial analyses using statistics and financial theory. Communicate results to varied audiences, support underwriting and product decisions, and manage small actuarial projects. Apply domain knowledge for health-related actuarial work.

Design and develop end-to-end data integration and analytics engineering pipelines across RDBMS, MPP, Hadoop, and Azure Databricks. Lead projects, provide technical guidance, build Enterprise BI data marts and semantic layers, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data products and insights.

Support the Intelligent Process Automation Lab by managing business relationships, consolidating demand, prioritizing automation use cases, shaping portfolio strategy and roadmap, expanding RPA/AI PODs, enforcing discovery best practices and governance, and coordinating requirements and delivery with development teams.
