Sell business insurance by prospecting, developing leads into opportunities, recommending solutions, and managing executive-level client relationships while coordinating with team members and using MMA sales model.

Provide high-level administrative support and oversight for teams, managing calendars, travel, expenses, and confidential correspondence. Mentor and evaluate junior staff, perform quality control of documents, resolve complex administrative issues, and support process improvements and ad-hoc projects to ensure operational continuity and high customer satisfaction.

Validate analyst work, compile and QC client data, build statistical models, prepare exhibits/reports, support proposals and client meetings, and travel as needed to support engagements.

Work as an Associate on client engagements, break down complex problems, design and execute analyses, craft recommendations, manage small teams, and engage directly with senior client stakeholders.
