Supports and improves Oracle Fusion Order-to-Cash processes, including order management, invoicing, receipts, customer master data, reconciliations, and month-end activities. Leads Johnson Controls’ EMEA business development strategy for major data center general contractors. Builds executive relationships, identifies and converts large-scale project opportunities, influences specifications and procurement decisions, and expands strategic accounts. Partners with sales, engineering, operations, and project delivery teams to position integrated data center solutions. Owns account plans, pipeline development, forecasts, commercial negotiations, framework agreements, and strategic partnerships across hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and AI data center projects.

Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript for web, cloud, API, and Windows/Desktop applications. Execute functional, regression, smoke, performance, and end-to-end testing. Integrate automation into Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, create test plans and metrics, and collaborate with developers and product teams.

Provide first-level technical and application support via phone and email, troubleshoot and document issues, guide customers through solutions, escalate to Level 2 as needed, manage cases in Salesforce, contribute to SOPs, and meet SLAs and FCR targets while working US-timezone shifts.
