Lead the strategy, creation, and delivery of high-impact demos for Intapp’s Celeste agentic AI platform. Build hands-on prototypes using agents, integrations, playbooks, scripts, and sample data; identify compelling business use cases; present keynote demos and webinars; record and distribute demo assets to sales and solutions teams; and collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and leadership to refine the product narrative.

Manage adoption, retention, and solution optimization for legal-industry clients using Intapp products. Monitor usage and health data, execute structured success plays, advise clients on configuration and best practices, and provide post-deployment consulting. Build expertise across Intapp’s product suite, synthesize client feedback into recommendations, identify expansion opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor and internal customer advocate.

Manages revenue accounting operations, including ASC 606 contract analysis, revenue allocations, month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, audits, financial disclosures, and SOX controls. Leads process improvements, researches accounting standards, mentors staff accountants, and collaborates with Finance, Sales, Legal, and executive stakeholders. Requires progressive accounting experience, strong GAAP and revenue recognition expertise, CPA licensure or candidacy, and proficiency in NetSuite, BlackLine, and advanced Excel.

Own revenue accounting activities including ASC 606 deal reviews, contract analysis, revenue allocations, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, reporting, audit support, financial disclosures, and SOX controls. The role also researches accounting standards, drives process improvements, and collaborates with Finance, Sales, Legal, auditors, and executive stakeholders in a high-volume SaaS environment.

Own integrated, multichannel demand-generation campaigns for Intapp’s financial services vertical. Responsibilities include audience targeting, campaign planning, cross-functional execution, timeline and deliverable management, annual marketing planning, and performance reporting. The role translates campaign data into pipeline insights and recommendations for sales leadership and senior stakeholders while coordinating with marketing operations, product marketing, creative, editorial, field marketing, and channel teams.

Owns brand intelligence by designing brand health research, managing media and social listening, analyzing competitive and category trends, maintaining measurement dashboards, and translating quantitative and qualitative findings into recommendations. Partners with Creative, Communications, Product Marketing, Campaigns, and Marketing Operations to inform brand, storytelling, and go-to-market decisions. Builds research infrastructure and analytical practices within a newly established function.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites (primarily using Playwright); create test strategies; execute manual and automated tests; integrate tests into CI/CD; build dashboards and metrics; collaborate with product, architecture, and development teams to improve release quality.

Designs enterprise SaaS implementation architectures, establishes delivery best practices, creates reusable configuration and integration packages, and advises complex client engagements. Collaborates with Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Services teams to define scalable client solutions. The role requires extensive enterprise architecture experience, SaaS implementation expertise, LegalTech or FinTech experience, and knowledge of cloud, middleware, APIs, security, and scalability.

Own end-to-end feature delivery in an AI-first engineering team: direct and validate AI across the build loop, set quality standards for AI-generated code, develop prompts and agent workflows, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with PM, design, DevOps and QA to ship production software.

Implement and configure Intapp solutions across client environments, develop integrations using Boomi, Intapp Integrate, and SQL Server, translate business requirements into technical workflows, troubleshoot APIs and system issues, manage concurrent implementation projects, lead client workshops, deliver training, and maintain implementation documentation and quality standards.
