Leads global internal communications for Finance, Legal, and Growth, advising the CFO, CLO, and Chief Growth Officer. Develops strategic narratives, executive communications, change-management and crisis communications, global alignment, employee engagement events, communication playbooks, and measurement strategies. Partners with Corporate Communications, Marketing, Investor Relations, HR, Finance, and Legal to align internal messaging with corporate strategy, financial reporting, regulatory initiatives, and brand positioning.

Leads the cataloging team and oversees accurate, timely creation of auction listings and metadata. Manages hiring, coaching, staffing, workflows, productivity, quality, and launch readiness for a seven-day operation. Partners with inbound, authentication, photography, and sales teams to coordinate priorities. Uses operational metrics and continuous improvement practices to optimize throughput, catalog quality, labor efficiency, and scalability.

Lead eBay’s Android Search engineering team, modernize and scale the native mobile platform, and deliver high-quality search experiences. Mentor engineers, raise technical standards, promote testability and resiliency through TDD, pair programming, and code reviews, and collaborate across teams using Agile practices. Contribute to technical design, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and the future of eBay’s global mobile experience.

Support strategic category initiatives in Italy, initially focused on collectibles. Coordinate new feature rollouts, validate Italian customer-facing content, collaborate cross-functionally, and organize seller campaigns and events. Analyze data to generate actionable recommendations, manage multiple projects, and build relationships with internal and external partners. The role requires native Italian and fluent English, plus firsthand experience buying or selling on eBay or comparable online platforms.
