The Category & C2C Associate will support the execution of strategic initiatives across Focus Categories in Italy 

What you will accomplish:
  • Provide support for the rollout of new features in Italy, with an initial focus on Collectibles. Examples of new features include Coins grading, Collectibles grading and AG. 
  • Help review and validate customer-facing materials requiring localization, ensuring Italian language, tone, and terminology resonate authentically with passionate collectors communities.
  • Operate in cross functional teams 
  • Organise seller campaigns and events when needed, including potential direct interactions. 
What you will bring:
  • 3+ y experience in e-commerce, category management, consulting or similar roles.
  • First-hand experience buying or selling on eBay or competitor platforms/online
  • Ability to analyse data, extract key insights, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Strong execution & communication skills with the ability to deliver on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced online or e-commerce environment
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to achieve shared goals
  • Mothertongue in Italian and fluent in English (oral and written)

Additional Details

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

36,000 EUR - 49,700 EUR

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a range of insurance coverage (including medical) and/or other benefits (including retirement plan eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, wellbeing and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided upon an offer of employment.
