Owns intake, planning, and execution of fulfillment product features, enhancements, and defect resolution for the Shopper app. Partners with technology, data science, economics, design, engineering, and operations teams to improve fulfillment quality, delivery tooling, onboarding, earnings tracking, and worker engagement.
