The Product Support Analyst I provides customer service, technical support, conducts training, and maintains customer relationships to ensure service goals are met.

Collaborate with PMs, account teams, developers and operations, contribute to RFPs/PoCs, mentor analysts, and identify automation and product improvements.

Own product vision, roadmap, P&L and investment decisions for Air Offers. Translate market and customer needs into user stories, prioritize and accept backlog work, support sales and delivery teams, act as SME in scrum teams, troubleshoot maintenance issues, run demos, and engage customers and stakeholders to drive revenue and satisfaction.
