As a Principal, Sales Incentive Programs, you will serve as the expert advisor for global compensation strategies. You will own plan administration, guide stakeholders through design cycles and transform metrics into business growth. This role requires analytical precision, sound commercial judgment and the confidence to challenge outdated compensation structures.
What you'll do
Lead global administration of sales compensation plans to ensure accurate performance calculations and timely payouts.
Partner with finance and sales leadership to design incentive frameworks aligned with business objectives.
Conduct benchmarking studies and feasibility analyses to advise executives on plan adjustments.
Evaluate monthly performance variance against budgets to measure plan effectiveness across business units.

Advanced analytical skills using Structured Query Language (SQL), Excel or data visualization platforms to evaluate business performance.
