Lead and manage East regional contract managers for SLED contracts; review RFPs/terms, negotiate and administer complex government contracts, ensure compliance, train sales teams, perform audits, liaise with Legal/Finance/IT, resolve disputes and payment issues, and enable contract utilization and reporting.

Implement and support network and security solutions for enterprise clients: staging, installation, configuration, validation, troubleshooting of routing, switching, firewalls, and related network services; create documentation; assist discovery and maintenance; collaborate with sales, PMs, and senior engineers.

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and operations, build and mentor a recruitment team, partner with business leaders for workforce planning, manage vendor relationships, track hiring metrics, and drive employer branding, diversity hiring, and recruitment process improvements to meet organizational hiring goals.
