Leads customer experience strategy and optimization for Medtronic Academy’s digital learning ecosystem across the Americas and EMEA. Designs learner journeys, establishes experience standards and governance, audits touchpoints, analyzes engagement and performance data, develops dashboards, and recommends improvements. Defines scope, budgets, timelines, requirements, and execution plans; monitors progress, schedules, risks, and project issues; prepares status reports; and coordinates stakeholders across product development, clinical, regulatory, quality, operations, suppliers, and marketing to deliver effective products and processes.

Leads and develops a software engineering team building, verifying, and maintaining primarily desktop applications for medical devices. Manages sprint backlogs, assignments, deliverables, scope, cost, schedules, and technical processes. Partners with quality, regulatory, marketing, and R&D stakeholders; addresses complex technical problems; establishes sustainable software development practices; and coaches, mentors, evaluates, and develops engineers and testers.

Leads architecture, technical strategy, solution design, and engineering for enterprise Customer Identity and Access Management platforms supporting external users. Defines architecture standards, translates business requirements into secure and scalable solutions, evaluates identity technologies, and ensures security, availability, performance, monitoring, logging, documentation, and operational readiness. Partners with stakeholders, vendors, and service providers while driving continuous improvement and future-state identity architecture.

Deliver HR and workforce analytics consulting from business-question framing through analysis, visualization, and executive presentation. Analyze workforce, operational, and financial data using statistical, predictive, and root-cause methods to identify trends and recommendations. Partner with HR and business stakeholders on workforce planning, reporting, self-service tools, dashboards, and digital product requirements. Drive adoption of analytics capabilities and provide insights supporting talent, headcount, employee listening, and inclusion initiatives.

Lead development and execution of global MRO sourcing strategies, drive supplier relationship management and contract negotiations, use spend analytics and market intelligence to identify savings and risk mitigation, partner with cross-functional teams to optimize catalogs and guided buying, and influence senior stakeholders to deliver measurable supply chain value.

Develop and test prototype electronic hardware for physiological monitoring medical devices. Assemble and rework fine-pitch PCBAs, build cable assemblies and test fixtures, perform hardware bring-up and debugging, operate laboratory equipment, execute verification tests, troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems, and maintain calibrated equipment. Support automated testing, failure investigation, corrective actions, documentation, ESD controls, and IEC 60601 testing under engineering direction.
