Leads multiple software engineering teams in a regulated medical technology environment. Provides technical direction, talent development, performance management, resource planning, and execution oversight. Partners with product, quality, regulatory, clinical, operations, and security stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, maintainable software. Drives automated testing, CI/CD, DevOps, compliance, audit readiness, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement while communicating program status and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Processes monthly payroll accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting principles, tax requirements, and labor regulations. Analyzes, audits, reconciles, and resolves payroll issues involving taxes, withholdings, garnishments, payments, and employee records. Handles employee registrations, terminations, and salary changes through IDSE, prepares tax payments, responds to employee, client, audit, and regulatory inquiries, and supports payroll system administration and process improvements.

Performs precise calibrations, preventive and corrective maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of laboratory and manufacturing measuring and test equipment. Develops calibration procedures, documentation, analyzes results, and coordinates outside contractors. Selects/procures spare parts and may prepare technical reports and test specifications.

Design, architect, and implement embedded software test systems and methods for patient monitoring platforms. Lead verification and validation, ensure requirements traceability, integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, document results, diagnose defects, and collaborate with embedded software and systems engineering to improve software reliability and quality.

Lead enterprise Procure-to-Pay data initiatives, governance, and quality across Global Supply Management. Manage Data Analysts, analyze source systems (ERP, planning, WMS, shop floor), drive root-cause analysis, data migrations, validations, and process improvements to ensure accurate master and transactional data supporting planning, logistics, manufacturing, and digital transformation.

Lead global supply chain IT strategy and execution across planning, logistics, warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment. Drive digital transformation using cloud, data, AI/ML, analytics, automation, and modern platforms while ensuring secure, scalable delivery, governance, vendor and financial accountability, and developing a high-performing global team to achieve measurable supply chain outcomes.

Lead global category management for Marketing and Consulting services (~$300M spend). Develop and execute sourcing strategies, run RFx and contract negotiations, manage suppliers and stakeholder relationships, drive cost/quality/innovation improvements, implement governance and Procure-to-Pay best practices, and lead process/system improvements to optimize category performance and compliance.

Supports Medtronic’s US Tax Operations team with federal, international, state, and local income tax filings. Prepares taxable income reporting, assists with quarterly and year-end tax provision calculations, estimates tax liabilities, researches state tax authority inquiries, and contributes to special tax projects, including potential transfer pricing and indirect tax work. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and computer skills and is onsite at least four days per week.

Supports convention budgeting, forecasting, expense reconciliation, accruals, financial reporting, dashboards, KPI analytics, vendor performance management, and process improvement. Partners with operating units, Finance, convention teams, and vendors to communicate insights, monitor spending, identify risks and savings, improve data integrity, and streamline workflows through automation and standardized reporting. The remote role requires approximately 10% travel for conventions, vendor meetings, and team collaboration.

Leads strategic sales development and field execution for Medtronic’s Spine AiBLE organization across the Central and Western United States. Responsibilities include setting sales strategy, achieving revenue targets, recruiting and coaching field teams, developing customer and healthcare relationships, identifying market opportunities, supporting product education, gathering customer insights, and partnering cross-functionally on growth initiatives. The role is remote within the territory and requires travel up to 50%.
