Conocer sistema TRESS/SUA/IDSE

Manejar Office al 90%

Proceso de nomina mensual

Elaboracion y validacion de pago de impuestos

manejo de IDSE para altas, bajas y modificaciones de salario

conocimientos contables para entnder el efecto de los cierres de mes conocimientos en REPSE

manejo de ICSOE y SICSUB

Experiencia requerida 2 años en nominas en industria maquiladora

Habilidades funcionales: Prácticas de nómina, leyes/cumplimiento salarial y horario, análisis de datos, servicio al cliente

Habilidades adicionales: Resolución de problemas, atención al detalle, colaboración transversal, atención al cliente, mejora de procesos, comunicación.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Payroll is responsible to ensure employees are paid accurately, on time, and in accordance with company policy and government regulations.
  • Analyzes, audits, reconciles, and resolves complex payroll processing and employee payroll issues to ensure smooth payroll processing.
  • Ensures payroll reporting and payments are compliant with company policy, generally accepted accounting principles, and applicable regulations.
  • Researches and interprets regulatory requirements and resolves tax, withholding, and garnishment issues for payroll processing.
  • Responds to auditing and regulatory inquiries.
  • Creates standard operating procedures, responds to merger and acquisition activities.
  • May ensure time systems are compliant with company policy and government regulations.
  • May respond to and resolve employee and client inquires.
  • May work with system programmers to achieve solutions or administer company payroll system with outside service provider.

Skills Required

  • Professional degree or university education
  • Knowledge of TRESS, SUA, and IDSE systems
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, approximately 90%
  • Experience processing monthly payroll
  • Experience preparing and validating tax payments
  • Experience using IDSE for employee registrations, terminations, and salary modifications
  • Accounting knowledge sufficient to understand month-end closing effects
  • Knowledge of REPSE
  • Experience using ICSOE and SICSUB
  • Two years of payroll experience in the maquiladora industry
