Provide Australian immigration law advice, manage client portfolios and caseloads, cultivate client relationships, and deliver strategic solutions. Work collaboratively with senior staff, coach and develop team members, and operate independently with strong attention to detail, organisation, and client-focused communication in a hybrid Perth office environment.

Manage Japan visa and work permit processes for corporate clients, liaise with Japanese authorities, provide immigration guidance, ensure compliance, communicate with stakeholders, support key accounts, and mentor junior staff while contributing to process improvements.
