The Continuous Improvement Manager will enhance plant performance by identifying improvement opportunities, coaching teams in process optimization, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across plant operations.

Lead development and execution of a Reliability Engineering program across manufacturing sites. Drive asset criticality and risk management, perform root cause and Weibull analyses, apply RCM and preventive maintenance optimization, use predictive maintenance technologies, analyze equipment/cost data, maintain SAP PM/CMMS data integrity, and collaborate with engineering and plant leadership to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness.

Lead strategy, design, and continuous improvement of Procurement Finance systems, processes, and data governance. Drive automation, reporting accuracy, and master data management; partner cross-functionally (Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, IT) to support financial reporting, margin management, cost-savings, and controls. Build Power BI insights, oversee systems implementations, and lead a high-performing team to deliver scalable, sustainable finance solutions.

Lead and execute internal audit and advisory engagements focused on security, controls, and risk management. Plan and manage multiple complex reviews, analyze processes, recommend control improvements, present findings to leadership, use data analytics for risk assessment, and mentor junior team members.

Support day-to-day operation, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvement of Workday and related HR systems. Respond to support tickets, partner with HR stakeholders to translate requirements, assist with releases and integrations, maintain documentation, and contribute to projects that improve HR processes and employee experience.

Manage purchasing for assigned commodities, negotiate contracts, analyze market dynamics and master data, support procurement process improvements, execute transactional procurement activities, maintain reports, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure supply continuity and cost/quality objectives.

Lead enterprise HR technology strategy and complex Workday implementations, integrations, and M&A activities. Drive process simplification, evaluate emerging HR tech, partner with IT and automation teams, provide Workday architecture and escalation leadership, mentor staff, and deliver scalable solutions that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.

Perform financial, operational, and compliance audits; evaluate risk and internal controls; translate findings into actionable recommendations; use data analytics for audit planning; prepare audit reports; mentor associates and collaborate with business stakeholders.

Support business process analysis, elicit and prioritize requirements, produce workflows and technical specifications, and partner with architects, vendors, and managed service providers to design, build, test, and maintain enterprise applications (including SAP). Oversee vendor performance, assist project execution, develop documentation and test plans, and support application integration, deployment, and ongoing optimization.

Lead daily management systems and continuous improvement to improve equipment reliability and operational performance. Analyze KPIs, prioritize and lead improvement initiatives, manage small projects and capital initiatives, develop team capability, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
