The Senior Information Technology Associate will develop and maintain internal IT systems, support users, configure devices, and ensure secure network infrastructure.

Support and modernize digital technical publications systems for commercial engine programs. Design, integrate, and automate publishing and distribution solutions, manage projects and requirements, troubleshoot integrations, collaborate with engineers, IT, vendors, and customers, and support the full systems development lifecycle for XML/SGML-based maintenance data.

Design, develop, and support enterprise API/SOA integrations using Apigee, Axway, and Oracle SOA. Build transformations (including B2B-EDI/XML), perform testing, participate in 24x7 on-call rotation, and collaborate with analysts, PMs, and stakeholders to maintain and improve mission-critical integration platforms.

Build transformations for B2B/EDI and XML, perform unit/integration/stress testing, participate in 24x7 on-call production support, and collaborate with analysts, PMs and customers to document technical designs and improve platform operations.

Provide onsite HPC system administration in a heterogeneous Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environment. Support Naval Power finance activities including weekly and monthly financial analysis, earned value management (EVM) updates, Latest Revised Estimates (LREs), and quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs). Collaborate with Quality Program Leads, Operations, Supply Chain finance, PMO Finance and program leaders to monitor labor forecasts, analyze variances, and produce reporting to inform program and business decisions.

Provide contractual and commercial governance supporting bids and project delivery. Review, draft and negotiate contracts, manage contract change control, commercial risk, financial forecasting, claims, and customer-facing contract governance. Support bid development, resolve commercial issues, assure contract closeout, and drive process improvements.

The Senior Financial Analyst will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis while utilizing data analytics skills. Responsibilities include collaboration with business teams for process improvements, managing internal controls, and supporting audits.

Design, develop and deploy high-volume data applications and end-to-end data integration pipelines using PySpark/Databricks and AWS. Implement batch and streaming architectures, build ETL/ELT processes, apply software engineering best practices, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and contribute to organizational data standards and governance.
