Lead US Payroll system enhancements, analyze payroll/timekeeping data, develop business/functional requirements, manage multi‑phase projects, partner with HR/Finance/technical teams, and drive process improvements to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.

Lead cost and schedule control for government contracts: develop LREs/EACs, support EVMS, prepare executive financial reporting, set up SAP (APEX) contract structures, perform FP&A forecasting and variance analysis, support proposals and 5-year/AOP planning, and collaborate with cross-functional program teams.

Support engineering and program leads with Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, monthly variance reporting, EAC/LRE development, forecasts, and cost/labor analysis using SAP/APEX, IMS, and PMX tools to drive predictable cost and schedule outcomes.

Administer, patch, secure, and troubleshoot enterprise virtualization and VDI platforms in classified DoD environments. Manage virtual desktops, application delivery, authentication, storage, networking, and security-tool integration. Automate tasks with PowerShell/Ansible/Python, support DISA STIG compliance, coordinate vulnerability remediation, maintain images and access controls, produce documentation, and provide operational support during incidents and upgrades.

Provide IT systems administration in a Microsoft Windows and Linux environment, support factory operations, troubleshoot technical problems, and maintain cybersecurity requirements. Participation in on-call rotation and travel up to 10% required.
