What You Will Bring:

We're looking for an experienced HR leader with:

  • Significant HR leadership experience in manufacturing, engineering, or complex environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Degree level education and a relevant HR qualification (CHRP or equivalent)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to align people strategy with business priorities and drive meaningful change.
  • Experience operating within a matrix organization and working across Centres of Expertise.
  • The confidence to challenge constructively, navigate complexity and drive positive change.
  • Experience within a unionised environment and/or highly regulated industries would be advantageous but is not essential.

This position involves technologies regulated by the Canadian government’s Controlled Goods Program and the Contract Security Program. The salary range for this role is 156,000 CAD - 206,000 CAD . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. RTX offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental coverage, disability benefits, a retirement savings program, and tuition assistance through RTX’s Employee Scholar Program. Eligibility for specific benefits is based on factors such as position level, employment type (e.g., temporary or permanent), and business unit, and will be discussed during the hiring process. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
