Provide EVMS-focused financial analysis and forecasting for multi-billion dollar capacitization investments. Maintain EVMS requirements, develop and defend Estimates at Complete (EAC), analyze EV metrics and costs, and communicate findings to CAMs, IPT leads, CGO and Finance leadership to support strategic decision-making and supplier integration.

Design, implement, maintain, patch, and troubleshoot Windows and RHEL servers and VMware virtual infrastructure in a 24x7 classified DoD environment. Ensure compliance (STIG/SCAP/ACAS), automate imaging/deployment (MECM/SCCM, PXE, PowerShell), manage AD/Group Policy and certificate authentication, and collaborate with Cyber Security, DevSecOps, Networking, and Storage teams. Requires active transferable Secret clearance and 100% onsite work.

Lead business management for the LTAMDS program: oversee financial planning, EVMS baseline management, EACs, reporting, proposal and pricing strategy, international pursuits integration, contract support, and a team of business managers and analysts to drive program execution and governance.

Lead design, configure, test, and deploy SAP MM and PP solutions across ECC and S/4HANA. Partner with procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing stakeholders to optimize P2P and Plan-to-Produce processes, manage integrations (Ariba, FI/CO, SD, EWM), lead requirements, data migration, testing, troubleshooting, and mentor junior team members while contributing to S/4HANA transformation and governance.

Maintain, upgrade, monitor, and troubleshoot classified LAN/WAN infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls). Support projects for voice, video, and network improvements, produce technical documentation, review vulnerabilities, and provide occasional on-call and regional travel support.

Support corporate and business-unit strategy, market and competitor analysis, and M&A transactions for RTX. Build financial models, support due diligence, prepare senior-level briefings, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive portfolio strategy and execution.

Lead a team of operations and material analysts supporting SPY-6 program finance. Ensure accuracy of material analysis, execute production finance processes (EACs, EVMS), analyze trends, consolidate metrics, advise business unit leadership, drive change management, and allocate resources across geographically dispersed teams.
