Foster cross-functional collaboration and plan executive engagements such as CFO town halls.

Lead financial management and program controls for SM-3 munitions capacity expansion and multiyear procurement. Support proposals, Estimates-at-Complete (EAC), AOP and LRP inputs, capital/new business investment, and implement rigorous financial controls while coordinating with program leaders, Capacity Growth Office, and cross-functional teams to drive predictable cost and schedule outcomes.

Provide Windows-centric systems administration in a heterogeneous environment: manage servers, storage, file services, access, backups, patching, and workstation support. Troubleshoot OS/hardware integrations, work with cybersecurity to meet STIG/SCAP requirements, perform disaster recovery tasks, and support engineers. Must meet DoD certification and clearance requirements.

Lead FP&A activities including rolling forecasts, management reporting, monthly close and variance analysis. Drive five-year strategic planning and business-case development. Act as finance partner to operations and senior management, ensure SOX/internal-control compliance, support audits, and lead cost-reduction, margin-improvement, transformation and automated reporting projects.

Manage timekeeping and payroll-related processes: audit and reconcile timecards, calculate final pay, handle ServiceNow tickets, maintain process documentation, compile financial reports, ensure federal/state wage-hour and company policy compliance, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve time and labor issues.
