Provide technical leadership, mentor junior administrators, ensure compliance with security requirements, document processes, participate in change management, and support 24x7 operations with occasional after-hours work and limited domestic travel.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full‑stack applications working with customers, architects, and peers. Present technical solutions to non‑technical stakeholders, assist teammates, and troubleshoot issues within an Agile/SAFe environment.
