The Junior Network Controller monitors the Amadeus network, recovers from incidents, performs change processes, and supports automation initiatives.

Manage and grow relationships with programmatic media, data partners, and adtech vendors. Lead partner meetings, monitor performance and costs, create programmatic deals, coordinate with Product/Sales/Account teams, oversee invoicing and agreement renewals, support onboarding and ongoing collaboration, and use market research to identify opportunities and inform strategy.

Develop and maintain responsive Angular (v15+) web applications using TypeScript. Build reusable UI components, implement NgRx state management and RxJS patterns, integrate RESTful APIs, write unit tests, perform code reviews, and optimize performance and accessibility.

Oversee Level 1 customer support, enhance service quality, ensure SLA compliance, manage team performance, drive process improvements, and collaborate with various departments.

Develop and maintain efficient airline software applications, collaborate with a Scrum team, address production issues, and improve skills continuously.
