As a Relationship Banker, you will build and maintain customer relationships by providing tailored financial solutions, assisting with account management, and supporting community events.

Lead independent credit risk reviews of commercial, small business, specialty, and consumer loan portfolios. Assess risk rating accuracy, underwriting standards, documentation, collateral, and credit administration; manage oversight engagements, continuous monitoring, and quarterly reviews. Prepare business-unit and bank-wide credit risk reports, update policies, and coordinate remediation for adversely classified assets while communicating findings to loan officers, senior management, auditors, and regulators.

Build and retain customer relationships, discover financial needs, recommend products and services, operate teller drawer, open and maintain accounts, assist with digital products, detect fraud, support branch opening/closing and community events, and collaborate with mortgage and wealth partners.

Design, build, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes, enforce data governance and lineage, create enterprise datasets and data models, mentor team members, and implement CI/CD for data deployments to support analytics and advanced analytics use cases.

Lead design, development, deployment and support of Salesforce-based applications. Architect scalable solutions, manage releases, mentor and supervise developers, conduct code reviews, provide production support, and participate in full Agile SDLC.

Support multi-asset portfolio implementation, trading, rebalancing, and cash flow activities. Conduct investment due diligence, model and system updates, performance and risk analysis, compliance monitoring, and process improvements using trading and portfolio systems.

Process daily investment trades, reconcile cash clearing accounts, maintain investment system data and schedules, assist month-end close and pricing, compile documentation, reconcile to third-party reports, and support special projects to ensure accurate investment accounting and timely settlements.

Provide customer service and prepare loan agreements for national insurance agents. Review and approve quotes up to $1,000,000, respond to emails and inbound calls, and monitor agent volume to protect and grow business while minimizing risk and maximizing profit.

Process teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments), operate and balance a teller drawer, identify fraud and cross-sell opportunities, follow bank and regulatory policies, assist with branch opening/closing and community events as needed.

Lead development and execution of WLF's strategic plan through market research, data analysis, initiative and product management, cross-functional collaboration, KPI creation, and regular reporting to executive leadership to drive growth and process improvements.
