Supervise branch teller operations, enforce security and regulatory procedures, run operational processes, resolve customer issues, operate a teller drawer, coach staff, identify cross-sell opportunities, and support community events.

Serve as a senior application subject-matter expert responsible for day-to-day system operations, Level 2 support, change and configuration management, testing and defect resolution, implementations and conversions, system tuning, and mentoring staff. Work with business stakeholders, internal technology teams, vendors, and third parties to manage integrations, releases, and application roadmaps.

Support the Branch Manager by driving sales and service, overseeing branch operations (training, scheduling, facility management), coaching staff, performing Personal Banker duties as needed, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing the bank in the local community to grow relationships and profitability.

As a Full Time Teller, you will process financial transactions, balance a teller drawer, identify cross-sell opportunities, and comply with bank policies. You may also assist with bank operations and participate in community events.

Manage daily branch operations, staff hiring/training/scheduling, and facility issues; drive sales and business development with local outreach; resolve escalated customer matters; perform personal banker duties as needed and collaborate with other business lines to maximize branch profitability.

Provide high-level administrative support to CEO, President, and COO including calendar and travel management, meeting and event coordination, expense/report assistance, deck and report preparation, visitor coordination, and ad-hoc administrative projects.

Provide administrative support by filing, maintaining and transitioning client records to electronic systems, using Docupace and Microsoft Office. Maintain databases, ensure regulatory and confidentiality compliance, create proper electronic documentation, and perform other administrative tasks as requested.

Support corporate income tax function focusing on federal, state, and local compliance. Prepare tax returns and ASC 740 provisions, estimated taxes, depreciation schedules, audit support, research tax law changes, and assist tax planning and special projects while partnering with Accounting, Finance, and external advisors.

Implement and document treasury management products for new and existing customers. Prepare agreements, perform account/service setups, conduct on-site and phone trainings and installations, support TM support calls and maintenance, and ensure accuracy and professionalism throughout implementation.
