Leads commercial real estate portfolio management across middle-market credit exposures. Assigns and prioritizes team workflows, mentors portfolio managers and credit analysts, reviews underwriting quality, oversees risk ratings and portfolio performance, manages annual and quarterly risk reviews, and ensures compliance with credit policy. Partners with lending teams, addresses portfolio and documentation exceptions, supports risk mitigation and process improvements, and develops team capabilities.

Manages enterprise inclusion programs, Business Resource Groups, mentoring and sponsorship initiatives, strategic partnerships, communications, and employee engagement efforts. Partners with HR, leadership, marketing, and talent acquisition teams to advance inclusive culture, leadership development, talent sourcing, retention, and workforce participation. Represents the organization at staffing events and provides program effectiveness analysis.

Build and retain customer relationships by identifying financial needs, recommending banking products, connecting customers with mortgage and wealth experts, operating a teller drawer, opening and maintaining accounts, supporting digital banking, identifying fraud risks, and assisting with branch operations and community events.

Processes and researches payments from multiple sources, resolves unidentified cash transactions, handles account adjustments and reconciliations, and prepares daily check deposits using Remote Deposit Capture. The role also responds to internal and external inquiries, processes email requests, maintains records, and communicates with departments to resolve payment issues. Strong attention to detail, cash-handling experience, basic computer skills, and 10-key proficiency are required.
