Build and own Aura’s AI Intelligence Platform, designing scalable distributed systems that unify sensitive data and enable secure, privacy-preserving AI agents. Lead initiatives from architecture through production, make cross-stack technology decisions, establish security and operational best practices, and mentor engineers. The role focuses on Python, TypeScript, AWS, data platforms, AI-powered systems, and systems handling sensitive information.

Own partner revenue operations through data transformation, billing, revenue recognition, forecasting, and reporting. Maintain and QA Python and SQL billing logic, troubleshoot production discrepancies, and develop invoicing flows for new contract structures and partner types. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, support integrations, and ensure accurate partner billing and GAAP-compliant financial reporting.

Build and maintain full-stack monetization features across web and mobile, including enrollment flows, paywalls, subscriptions, reactivation, and marketing integrations. Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data teams to run experiments and optimize revenue. Instrument features, monitor production systems, use AI-assisted development tools, and apply strong testing and software engineering practices.

Handle inbound cancellation calls and outbound payment-failure calls to retain customers, provide proactive support, identify upsell/retention opportunities, evangelize Aura's mission, and consult on identity/privacy/security best practices to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Leads workforce management strategy for a 180-person customer support operation. Owns forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, real-time management, KPIs, budgeting, WFM and telephony systems, vendor relationships, reporting, and operational improvements. Manages a four-person WFM team and partners with Customer Experience, Operations, Finance, and senior leadership to improve staffing efficiency, scalability, service levels, and customer experience through technology, automation, and AI.

Handle inbound cancellation and sales calls to retain and enroll customers, make outbound retention/payment-recovery calls, consult customers on digital-safety best practices, meet monthly quotas, master product knowledge, and collaborate to improve sales processes.
