Maintain controls platforms and HMIs, integrate IT technologies, automate IaC/DevOps workflows, provide operational support during launches/tests, ensure compliance with IEC 62443 and Purdue Model, and create documentation and standards.

Lead global S&OP for hardware products, analyze KPIs (active subscribers, utilization, unit economics), translate insights into hardware mix and go-to-market strategy, orchestrate supply allocation and demand forecasting, drive resource and ramp/sunset planning with engineering, and develop and execute operational initiatives to accelerate adoption and optimize working capital.
