Lead outbound logistics for satellite manufacturing and ground infrastructure: own daily shipping operations, carrier performance, fulfillment solutions, compliance, cost-reduction, and cross-functional coordination to meet aggressive production schedules. Build dashboards, negotiate rates with carriers/3PLs, and drive continuous improvement in packaging, routing, and on-time delivery.

Support launch pad fluid systems design with a focus on cryogenic propellant processing. Responsibilities include project ownership, design analysis, and troubleshooting systems.

Lead Atlassian administration and integrations by designing, building, and maintaining REST/GraphQL/webhook integrations between SaaS, CRM/ERP, billing, and internal systems. Manage Jira/Confluence in clustered Linux, implement monitoring and security best practices, mentor teammates, troubleshoot stakeholder issues, and execute upgrades and data migrations to improve automation and reliability.
