Develop and operate reliable, autonomous software and tools for Starshield satellite constellation. Lead on-orbit operations, triage anomalies, implement recovery and long-term fixes, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver telemetry, command-and-control, and monitoring solutions.

Design, implement, and operate enterprise endpoint management (Jamf, Fleet, Intune, Entra) enforcing zero-trust. Automate provisioning, patching, remediation with PowerShell/Bash/AppleScript; integrate telemetry with Splunk; ensure CIS and ITAR/EAR compliance; pilot AI workflows; provide tier-3 support, documentation, and lead endpoint projects and migrations.

Lead design, deployment, and operation of the Starshield service-provider network supporting national security missions. Manage interconnections, datacenter and POP deployments (including Top Secret sites), improve performance and reliability, run capacity planning and troubleshooting, implement security measures, automate network device operations, and mentor junior engineers.

Manage post-contract telecom partner relationships for Starlink Mobile, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive integration, deployment, adoption, forecasting, and commercial launch. Perform system performance analysis, contribute to business models and international expansion, create partner materials, and present recommendations to leadership.

Lead design, deployment, and operation of the Starshield service provider network supporting national security missions. Manage POPs and datacenter builds, improve performance and security, perform capacity planning and troubleshooting, automate device and deployment tooling, and mentor junior engineers. Support on-call rotations, travel, and clearance-driven operations.
