Leads USAA’s enterprise Concentration of Risk framework, using actuarial, catastrophe, climate, statistical, and predictive analytics to identify risk concentrations and guide pricing, underwriting, growth, profitability, and capital decisions. Partners with cross-functional teams and executives, develops risk metrics and mitigation strategies, governs enterprise reporting, manages vendors, and communicates complex recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Lead vision, strategy, roadmap, innovation, pricing, and lifecycle management for USAA deposit products, overdraft services, and related fees. Analyze performance, market trends, profitability, and regulatory requirements to guide product decisions, forecasts, launches, enhancements, and go-to-market strategies. Partner with marketing, finance, legal, compliance, risk, credit, and operations while presenting recommendations to executive leadership and managing product risks.

Owns discovery, delivery, performance, and lifecycle management of digital and technology products focused on customer identity and access management. Develops roadmaps, requirements, business cases, and execution strategies; analyzes KPIs and KRIs; collaborates with technology, UX, security, fraud, and business stakeholders; and improves authentication, identity verification, and recovery experiences across channels.

Serves as a strategic advisor to senior executives, defining talent and workforce strategies, leading organizational transformations, guiding succession and leadership development, and using workforce analytics to improve organizational performance. Builds trusted executive relationships, strengthens HRBP capabilities, champions inclusive high-performance cultures, and delivers integrated HR solutions aligned with business objectives, risk policies, and long-term workforce needs.

Coordinates military affairs business initiatives, large-scale events, stakeholder engagement, vendor partnerships, budgets, staffing, training, communications, reporting, process improvements, and risk controls. Develops business requirements, acceptance criteria, documentation, and operational processes while partnering with field representatives, Association partners, enterprise teams, and project sponsors to improve member engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Preferred expertise includes Identity and Access Management across websites, mobile apps, and call centers, plus fraud prevention, scalability, and data analytics.

Leads strategy, discovery, delivery, and performance optimization for complex digital technology products supporting USAA’s digital claims experience. Develops product vision, roadmaps, business cases, requirements, and execution plans; uses research, analytics, User Centered Design, and Design Thinking to improve member outcomes and KPIs. Influences cross-functional stakeholders, mentors team members, communicates with senior leadership, manages risks, and drives innovation across digital platforms. Experience with AEM and Guidewire is valued.

Leads financial planning and analysis activities, advanced analytics, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and executive communications. Advises senior management on complex financial issues, develops enterprise planning processes, leads cross-functional initiatives, improves finance systems and reporting, mentors analysts, manages workflows, and ensures compliance and risk controls. The role requires strong financial analysis, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and process improvement capabilities.

Support, configure, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Teams services (Phone, Rooms, meetings, webinars) in a large enterprise. Troubleshoot production issues, implement scalable infrastructure and automation (infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD), mentor junior engineers, and contribute to risk, monitoring, and continuous improvement to increase platform reliability and adoption.
