Support and enhance the investment adviser compliance program: investigate surveillance alerts and Code of Ethics issues, update procedures, manage regulatory and client reporting, advise business partners on regulatory risk and new products, oversee training and reporting, and review/approve marketing materials for SEC Marketing Rule and firm standards.

Maintain and enhance front-office investment risk models, monitor portfolio exposures and perform stress testing. Partner with portfolio managers for risk attribution and pre/post-trade analysis. Build automated reporting pipelines and Snowflake data models using Python and SQL, contribute to AI-assisted risk analytics, and prototype ML applications for factor modeling and anomaly detection.

Territory-based mutual fund/ETF wholesaler covering NC/SC/S. VA. Build and maintain advisor relationships, promote investment products, identify opportunities, prepare presentations, support client business planning, and collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth and meet targets.
