Lead finance and FP&A activities for warehousing operations, ensuring GAAP compliance, month/quarter close, forecasting, KPI reporting, variance analysis, and value-added network and cost optimization. Partner with operations and senior leadership, supervise direct reports, support transformation projects, and drive process standardization and reporting improvements.

Support corporate accounting for centralized business unit accounting and accruals, execute month-end close, reconcile balance sheets, analyze variances, and maintain documentation and controls. Drive process transformation and centralization efforts, support BPO transitions, monitor SLAs/KPIs, and implement automation and tooling (BlackLine, SAP, reporting solutions). Partner with Financial Reporting, Tax, Technical Accounting, business units, and offshore teams to deliver timely, accurate consolidated financial results and continuous improvements.

Perform sales accounting activities including review of margin changes, update accruals, track credit memos/rebills and inventory, record expenses and journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and support weekly and month-end close. Serve as primary contact for sales accounting inquiries and collaborate with sales, inventory, and finance teams.

Deliver new team member orientation and classroom training (safety, code of conduct, animal well-being, lockout/tagout, forklift support), support leadership and skills development, assess language/interpreter needs, collect/analyze feedback for improvements, and coordinate with HR, operations, and management to ensure compliance and effective learning.

Design and deliver complex software architecture and solutions, lead development teams, mentor engineers, manage project planning and requirements, perform coding, testing, code reviews, and maintenance. Drive DevOps, IaC, CI/CD, monitoring, security compliance, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding for a manufacturing site including scheduling tours, orientations, background checks, and I-9 compliance. Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Occupational Health, and Learning teams, maintain HRIS records, conduct audits, and support location initiatives while providing coverage and training as needed.

Lead and develop multiple IT teams to deliver strategic IT initiatives. Oversee agile delivery, architecture oversight, vendor and stakeholder management, budgeting and resource optimization, risk management, program delivery, performance management, and mentoring of team leads to ensure alignment with business goals.

Lead design and maintain enterprise data models and architectures. Mentor data modelers, optimize complex SQL and query performance, integrate ETL and orchestration, enforce data governance and cataloging, and execute long-term data strategies aligned to business needs.

Lead and deliver complex software development projects: design, code, test, and maintain applications; mentor engineers; collaborate with product and design; document systems; ensure security and compliance; support customers; and drive continuous improvement in development practices and tooling.
