Owns the success of a portfolio of Workday customers, including deployment, adoption, executive relationships, Success Plan consumption, retention, and revenue growth. Partners with sales, consulting, product, and service teams to drive upsells, resolve escalated implementation issues, guide complex global accounts, and develop strategic customer plans. The role also supports sales cycles, partner selection, customer references, stakeholder engagement, and matrixed team leadership. Travel may reach 50%.

Leads and develops a team of Go-To-Market Associates responsible for generating high-value sales pipeline. Owns inbound and outbound pipeline playbooks, recruits and coaches associates, aligns pipeline generation with sales and marketing revenue goals, and supports market expansion by identifying trends, strategic customer needs, and new opportunities.

Deliver post-go-live Workday Success Plan services for multiple enterprise customers. Consult on HCM and Security configurations, troubleshoot tenant issues, provide feature guidance, conduct health checks and functional reviews, and lead workshops, webinars, and adoption initiatives. Partner with engagement managers, facilitate design decisions, communicate product capabilities and risks, and help customers optimize and independently manage their Workday applications.

As a Principal Machine Learning Engineer, you'll design and implement core ML systems for AI agents, collaborating with cross-functional teams and overseeing the full lifecycle of products from data strategy to deployment.
