About the Role

You will be part of driving the design of the next generation of agentic-first experiences. Defining how humans interact with autonomous AI that plans, reasons, and executes complex tasks across enterprise environments. You will collaborate with a small team of product designers and cross-discipline partners to define and build the experiences of tomorrow.

This role is based in our Stockholm office.
 

In this role, you will

• Contribute to the overall design and vision for our products.

• Design and ship high-quality products and features to 75M+ users, from early prototypes to final product (we welcome designers to ship production work).

• Help drive short term bets and contribute to long term strategy.

• Partner with Product and Engineering to balance technical constraints—like non-determinism and latency—with delightful, high-quality user experiences.

• Contribute to our design system and help scale great design across a team of 200+ contributors.

• Influence senior leadership and stakeholders by storytelling a clear vision for the future of AI-native work.

About You

Basic Qualification 

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer

• A proven track record of executing complex design projects

• Contributing to large-scale products, or have owned smaller products outright.

• A portfolio that showcases your expertise in designing experiences with a high bar for quality and craft.

Other Qualification

• A love for thinking through complex problems and turning them into great experiences

• You get excited about the future and want to help shape how it gets experienced

Listed below is the base salary range applicable to this position. Workday pay ranges (and the precise pay offered to the successful candidate) are based on a number of objective criteria such as relevant experience and skills, and educational qualifications, level of responsibility, demands of the role, work location and business need. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants awarded by Workday Inc. Primary Location Base Pay Range: kr756,000 SEK - kr1,133,000 SEK Sweden
