Lead design and implementation of high-throughput, low-latency backend services and APIs optimized for agentic AI. Define API contracts (OpenAPI), improve performance, observability, and resiliency, mentor engineers, own incident response and RCA, and create tools and patterns for cross-team API governance and data exposure.

Implement and operate secure runtime components and backend services for enterprise AI agents, enforcing policy and least-privilege execution. Design, code, test, and monitor production systems, develop telemetry and logging, tune performance, and collaborate across partner teams to deliver reliable, auditable agent workflows.

Serve as primary technical liaison for Workday integrations across pre-sales, sales, implementation, and post-sale. Solve client-specific integration challenges, enable sales and engineering processes, create documentation/whitepapers, and translate client business needs into technical and operational requirements.
