Drive Workday’s platform narrative and positioning for CIO and CTO audiences. Translate AI, developer tooling, integrations, and security capabilities into a coherent market story; conduct competitive and analyst research; orchestrate cross-functional go-to-market efforts; and build enablement for executives, field marketing, and sales. Success is measured through platform engagement, market perception, analyst coverage, thought leadership, and field effectiveness.

Serve as a strategic, hands-on partner for a portfolio of customers using Workday emerging HCM products. Own post‑go‑live adoption, customer health, value realization, and retention. Build success plans, translate product analytics into executive recommendations, run stakeholder reviews and trainings, guide program strategy and change management, coordinate escalations, and partner cross‑functionally to drive measurable outcomes and customer advocacy.

Leads the success of a portfolio of Workday Success Plans customers, overseeing deployments, adoption, renewals, satisfaction, and revenue growth. Builds executive relationships, coordinates matrixed resources, supports sales and expansion opportunities, manages implementation risks, resolves escalated concerns, and drives customer self-sufficiency and product adoption. The role also contributes to account planning, steering committees, customer advocacy, and internal practice development.

Owns the vision, strategy, and roadmap for country-specific payroll functionality. Partners with legal, compliance, localization, engineering, design, QA, customers, and internal stakeholders to translate payroll regulations and customer needs into product requirements. Prioritizes backlogs, monitors market and regulatory changes, tracks product success metrics, and supports go-to-market activities. Requires substantial product management experience, payroll expertise, and experience delivering complex regulated SaaS products.
