Support DISA Mission Relevant Terrain-Cyber mapping by decomposing task-critical assets and documenting controlled networks and infrastructure. Mentor a team of developers, apply agile practices, troubleshoot complex technical issues, drive process improvements, and collaborate across stakeholders. Build solutions using Java, Scala, React, and other modern technologies, while supporting visualization, data processing, user interfaces, system integration, and evolving mission requirements. Occasional travel to Manassas, Virginia is required.

Designs, deploys, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN infrastructure across development, test, and production environments. Manages controllers, edge routers, routing protocols, VPNs, QoS, security policies, segmentation, monitoring, upgrades, migrations, and network automation. Coordinates with engineers, site personnel, customers, vendors, and security teams; performs remote and on-site testing; recommends enhancements; and documents architectures and configurations. Requires extensive networking experience, Security+ certification, and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Supports Tier III operations and maintenance for customer WAN and LAN networks. Responsibilities include network monitoring, incident resolution, routing and firewall changes, troubleshooting, configuration, performance optimization, topology design, documentation, fault management, and coordination with users and implementation teams. The role requires expertise with Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Forcepoint, routing protocols, VPNs, network security, and IT service management, with occasional COMSEC duties and after-hours incident response.

Administer and integrate Linux, UNIX, and Windows systems, networks, storage, and virtual environments. Configure infrastructure, troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, optimize capacity and performance, and contribute to systems and mission-architecture design within SOA environments. Communicate technical issues and resolutions to management and internal customers while maintaining reliable mission infrastructure.
