Engineer, operate, and sustain enterprise DoD WAN routing and transport infrastructure. Responsibilities include resolving user incidents, configuring and troubleshooting the platform, maintaining documentation and service records, coordinating with TSA and technical teams during operational events, supporting testing and readiness, escalating complex issues, and identifying workflow improvements. The role may require onsite and operational-event support and requires the ability to obtain TSA suitability and Public Trust clearance.

Manage the full lifecycle of TSA IT hardware and software assets, including inventory, issuance, movement, returns, reconciliation, configuration records, chain-of-custody, and disposition. Coordinate with technical, logistics, facilities, project, and property teams. Maintain audit-ready documentation, produce asset metrics and reports, resolve discrepancies, support licensing compliance, and improve asset management processes. The role may involve onsite support and physical inventory activities across TSA locations.

Administer on-premises Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 Exchange Online in hybrid, enterprise environments. Provide Tier 2 operations, troubleshooting, monitoring, migrations, upgrades, patching, security compliance, and disaster recovery support. Develop PowerShell automation, manage permissions and email security services, conduct FOIA searches and data-spill cleanup, document incidents and root-cause findings, and support 24/7 operations with on-call coverage. The role also requires collaboration across service lanes, mentoring, and technical planning for Exchange infrastructure improvements.

Administer and engineer Splunk SOAR and SIEM platforms supporting defensive cyber operations. Develop automated playbooks, integrate security and threat intelligence systems, manage platform performance and clustering, apply security baselines, govern workflows, and support incident response aligned with MITRE ATT&CK and NIST standards. The role requires advanced Splunk, computer network defense, SDLC, and cybersecurity experience, an active TS/SCI clearance, and IAT Level III certification.

Develops and maintains scalable full-stack knowledge management applications supporting DISA and Joint Force Headquarters DODIN operations. Translates operational requirements into technical solutions, builds front- and back-end applications, APIs, and reusable libraries, automates business processes using SharePoint and related technologies, troubleshoots software, and creates technical documentation. Collaborates with site knowledge managers on testing, bug fixes, updates, policy maintenance, and customer support in high-stress operational environments.
