Join the Enterprise AI Platforms team to build and operate agent harness capabilities that integrate agents with tools, APIs, and enterprise systems. Maintain and develop exposure-based pricing models for Travelers Europe; implement algorithms in the Hyperexponential production system; run batch rating and base-rate calibration processes in Python; prepare data for actuarial rating validation; liaise with underwriters; expand pricing datasets and support pricing team tasks including case pricing, business planning, and reinsurance purchase.

Partner with brokers to underwrite and negotiate commercial surety, professional and management liability accounts. Manage profitability, growth, and retention of an assigned book through risk assessment, cross-selling, sales plan execution, and relationship-building with internal and external partners. Meet retention and new business targets and travel 10-25% as required.

Manage complex toxic tort, latent injury, sexual misconduct, and environmental insurance claims. Perform coverage research, liability investigation, litigation management, account and financial analysis, file maintenance, and staff development. Develop resolution strategies, engage counsel and experts, estimate exposures, and maintain compliance with claim systems and procedures to achieve efficient claim resolution.

Lead and manage a field-based sales team to drive profitable growth in assigned territory through strategic planning, agency diagnostics, relationship-building with agents and brokers, and cross-functional collaboration. Own territory performance, coach Sales Executives, leverage data and AI-driven insights, and represent Travelers in agency councils while meeting new business, retention, and profitability goals. Travel up to 50% and perform other duties as assigned.

Prepare and maintain accurate books and records for investment (fixed income) assets, perform journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, financial reporting (GAAP/SEC/STAT), SOX controls, audit support, develop financial analyses and forecasts, and provide coaching and process improvements.

Design, build, and maintain production-grade agent harnesses and platform capabilities for generative AI applications. Lead architecture and delivery, improve CI/CD, testing, observability, and security, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to enable scalable, enterprise-grade agent runtimes and integrations.

Handle investigation, evaluation, reserving, negotiation and resolution of general liability (bodily injury and property damage) claims. Perform coverage analysis, gather records and statements, coordinate experts, manage reserves and litigation when needed, document files, communicate with stakeholders, and meet quality and regulatory standards. Obtain required insurance license(s) and support account-specific service commitments.

Lead and grow engineering teams, own CI/CD and release management across enterprise workstreams, implement DevSecOps practices, resolve high-impact incidents, standardize pipelines (GitHub Actions), coordinate cross-team releases on complex BI platforms, and drive SDLC improvements and delivery quality.
