Manage complex, large-exposure SRG claims (toxic tort, latent injury, environmental, sexual misconduct, excess) including coverage research, liability and financial analysis, litigation management, counsel selection, settlement strategy, file maintenance, account coordination, mentoring, and project leadership to achieve efficient resolutions and protect company interests.

Independently manage high-severity, complex claims (toxic tort, environmental, latent injury, sexual misconduct, excess) including coverage research, liability analysis, litigation strategy, financial exposure estimation, account-level coordination, and coaching. Negotiate coverage, oversee counsel and experts, maintain files and compliance, present analyses to management and actuaries, and lead special projects to drive efficient resolution and consistent account handling.

Lead and manage an inland marine underwriting team to drive profitability, growth, retention and complex risk selection. Develop regional strategy with RVP, cultivate broker/agent relationships, underwrite and negotiate complex accounts, coach and manage staff, and identify cross-sell opportunities while ensuring alignment with risk appetite.
