Support customer audits, monitor quality and warranty performance, coordinate cross-functional issue resolution, and drive continuous improvement to prevent recurrence.

Designs and optimizes manufacturing processes, equipment, automation, and production readiness for mass production. Supports new product industrialization, process validation, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. Maintains manufacturing documentation such as PFMEA, PFDs, work instructions, and process specifications. Coordinates Temporary Import Bond compliance, customs documentation, inventory reconciliation, shipment records, and audit readiness. Works with brokers, carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams to track materials, exports, expirations, and closure requirements. Uses SAP and Excel to analyze inventory and compliance risks, maintains process controls and records, monitors service-provider performance, supports training, and implements improvements to reduce penalties, duty exposure, documentation errors, and operational disruptions.

Leads new product launches from planning through production stabilization in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Develops and validates manufacturing processes, work instructions, assembly methods, equipment, tooling, and production systems. Manages PFMEA, control plans, process documentation, launch metrics, risk mitigation, issue resolution, process validation, capacity, and productivity. Coordinates cross-functional readiness across engineering, quality, production, maintenance, logistics, suppliers, and customers.

Develop and maintain embedded Linux and kernel systems software, including features, bug fixes, security patches, BSPs, device trees, and system-level debugging. Write tests, participate in code reviews, document technical designs, and support hardware validation. Lead technical research, prototypes, open-source contributions, architecture initiatives, customer engagements, and cross-functional engineering efforts while mentoring others.
